Retzius-Sparing Robot Assisted Radical Prostatectomy has gained widespread interest as a surgical approach to improve urinary continence recovery. The preservation of anterior structures – namely pubo-urethral, pubo-prastatic ligaments, NVBs, Aphrodite’s veil – is key point of the technique.
The webinar is intended to outline technical tips and make urologists confident with the approach, to enhance its reproducibility. Furthermore, current evidences are discussed with focus on high risk cases and other special conditions (big prostates, bulky median lobe, anterior tumors), in order to extend the knowledge about its application in daily urological practice.
